Medical Record Nurse Reviewer

Are you a clinical nurse seeking a change from long hospital shifts? Join an international team in a comfortable office in Prague, helping patients globally access essential care.

What You’ll Do:

• Review medical reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Process reports by entering information into Salesforce.
• Conduct benefit reviews and authorize requested care.
• Close completed cases and escalate complex ones.
• Coordinate care via email and collaborate with the Authorization/Customer Service team.
• Adhere to consent and confidentiality guidelines.

What We’re Seeking:

• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in acute care.
• Proficiency in English (written and oral).
• Strong computer skills (MS Office; Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Experience in utilization/case management is a plus.
• Registered Nursing qualification is an advantage.
