Main Responsibilities:

  • Migration Issues: Manage employment permits and residence permits for foreigners related to employment.
  • Tax Issues: Advise on the system and structure of taxation for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
  • Intellectual Property: Handle the registration of intellectual property.
  • Corporate Issues: Oversee the procedure for registering companies and individual entrepreneurs in EU countries.
  • Representative Functions: Represent the company at notary and consular offices for obtaining documents, signing powers of attorney/protocols, and affixing apostilles.
